Branch Supervisor (Ermelo)

About the role

Icebolethu Group, South Africa's second largest funeral assurance group, is looking for a Branch Supervisor for its FSP division, based in Ermelo. The position is permanent and involves supervising daily branch operations, leading sales teams and retaining clients.

Key responsibilities

• Retention of clientele
• Supervise and manage daily branch operations
• Lead, coach and mentor sales teams to achieve targets
• Set and monitor individual and team sales goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints
• Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
• Oversee risk management and ensure proper documentation
• Drive customer service excellence and improve client satisfaction

Required profile

• Grade 12
• 2 to 3 years' experience in financial services
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
• Clear ITC and clear criminal record
• Own reliable transport and cell phone
• Proven success marketing life assurance; RE-5 or RE-1 qualification is an advantage
