Branch Manager – Multiple Locations in Durban

About the role

We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead our stores across Central Durban, North Coast, Hillcrest, Kloof and South Coast. The role involves overseeing daily operations, achieving financial targets and ensuring high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, manage inventory and lead a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve turnover and budget targets while delivering targeted expense savings.
• Maintain low unit shrinkage and ensure accurate stock management.
• Oversee stock management, including ordering, receiving and inventory control.
• Provide training, coaching and development opportunities for staff.
• Uphold customer service standards, housekeeping, signage and overall store presentation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across all operational areas.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• 2‑3 years of store management experience.
• Relevant degree or diploma advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Branch Manager with a major FMCG/retail chain in Africa.
