Branch Manager, Immigration Services

About the role

Envoy Global, a provider of technology and services for the global immigration space, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Branch Manager to lead its Gauteng, South Africa office. As senior leader of the branch, you will drive business performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction and team success while ensuring compliance with South African immigration regulations and company standards. This is an in-office position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the immigration team, covering engagement, performance management, coaching, succession planning and workforce planning
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client, case and operational matters, and build relationships with corporate clients
• Oversee daily operations, monitor service quality, compliance and SLAs, manage caseloads and drive process improvements
• Advise on complex immigration matters, maintain knowledge of immigration legislation and engage with immigration authorities
• Develop and run branch business plans, identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships
• Manage branch budgets, financial forecasts and operational costs, and monitor financial performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Human Resources, Immigration or a related field
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Demonstrated experience in the South African immigration industry
• Proven experience managing client relationships, service delivery and operational performance
• Experience in business development, client retention and account management

Required skills

• Strong understanding of South African immigration regulations and procedures
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
