Branch Manager Healthcare

About the role

Our client, a leading facilities services provider, is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its healthcare operations in Johannesburg. The role focuses on ensuring contract compliance, driving customer satisfaction, and managing the branch’s financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure service delivery meets contract terms and SLA requirements.
• Engage proactively with clients to identify improvement areas and reduce turnaround times.
• Develop and maintain strong, customer‑focused relationships at all levels of the client organisation.
• Manage the portfolio for growth, retention, profitability and achieve performance targets.
• Identify and drive opportunities to enhance service offerings and process improvements.
• Ensure QMS, Health & Safety compliance and maintain all related mechanisms, processes and procedures.
• Oversee the portfolio budget, monitor utilisation and provide variance explanations and corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor and counsel staff to address performance gaps and improve standards.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Engineering Studies or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a leadership role within facilities services or a similar industry.
• Strong experience in the healthcare sector.
