About the role
Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group, is seeking a Branch Consultant for its Butterworth office. This permanent position focuses on driving sales and marketing of life assurance products while providing compliant financial advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales initiatives and execute marketing strategies for life assurance products.
- Identify and develop new target markets to expand the branch’s reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Provide compliant financial advisory and intermediary services.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial services.
- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven success in marketing life assurance.
- Clear ITC check and clean criminal record.
- RE‑5 or RE‑1 qualification (advantage).
- Strong ethical values and excellent interpersonal skills.
