Boxroom Operator

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Boxroom Operator to join our Worcester branch. The role involves handling, receiving and distributing consignments for the vault and CIT teams, ensuring security and accuracy throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage vault room duties, including scheduling.
- Receive, scan, sort and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams.
- Maintain accurate records, balance vault inventories and secure lock‑up procedures.
- Perform documentation, administration and searching duties as required.
- Work night shifts and overtime, handling pressure in a physically demanding environment.
Required profile
- Clear criminal record.
- At least 1 year of experience in the security industry or a similar role.
- Physically fit and able to work night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable and team‑oriented.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
