Booking Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Booking Agent to join IGrow Wealth Investments in Durbanville, Cape Town. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, scheduling qualified consultations and maintaining strong client relationships within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to generate and book at least 10 qualified consultations per day.
• Achieve a minimum of 60 consultations per week (approximately 450 per month).
• Record all client interactions and activities in the CRM systems (Pipedrive and Zoho).
• Screen clients to assess investment needs and affordability using scripted questions.
• Promote additional services offered by IGrow Wealth Investments and follow prescribed communication processes.
• Complete at least 100 daily activities, including tasks, WhatsApp messages, emails and calls.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a telesales or call‑center role.
• Ability to work the scheduled hours: Mon‑Fri 17:00‑22:00, Sat 13:00‑22:00, Sun 09:00‑17:00.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Professional telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Pipedrive and Zoho.
• Strong organisational skills to manage high call volumes and activity targets.
