BOH Specialist – Meadowdale

About the role

The BOH Specialist supports the store’s profitability by managing the back‑of‑house (BOH) operations, ensuring an organized stockroom and efficient product flow between the warehouse, sales floor, and store.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI targets and use available resources to meet or exceed them.
• Prioritise merchandise flow to the sales floor using retail expertise and BI reports.
• Execute fast and accurate deliveries while following stock protection procedures.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts, resolve negatives and manage inventory movements.
• Track BOH schedules against shipment deliveries and maintain adequate supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and store policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to management.
• Guide and train selected team members on stockroom processes.
• Collaborate respectfully with peers, support team members as needed, and complete all required training.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of retail experience in a commercial‑focused environment with stockroom knowledge.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional handling of difficult situations and a focus on driving store sales.
