Billing Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Billing Advisor to join our Johannesburg office and help UK businesses ensure accurate energy billing. You will investigate billing discrepancies, work closely with customers and suppliers, and use our specialised validation software to protect customers' interests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Review supplier energy bills using validation software and identify errors.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, gather supporting evidence, and raise queries with suppliers.
• Manage cases from initiation to resolution, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
