Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its French‑speaking team. You will be the first point of contact for customers moving goods across France, handling enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly, aiming for first‑time resolution and high Trustpilot ratings.
• Maintain low waiting times and meet team performance targets.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to the appropriate department while keeping all parties informed.
• Accurately record all interactions and update customer data in the relevant systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call‑centre or customer service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
• Strong active‑listening and questioning abilities.
• Ability to work towards and achieve set targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite and other digital communication tools.
