Bilingual Call Centre Agent (Spanish-English) – Remote (USA Hours)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing BPO that integrates staff directly into U.S. client operations. As a bilingual (Spanish‑English) call centre agent you will support healthcare and home‑care customers from the comfort of your home, working the rotating U.S. hour schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English, providing courteous and professional service.
• Capture accurate caller details, messages and interaction notes.
• Follow client‑specific scripts, workflows, escalation procedures and on‑call instructions.
• Handle basic enquiries, assist frustrated callers calmly, and route complex issues to the appropriate on‑call personnel.
• Make outbound calls or callbacks when required and navigate multiple internal systems while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call centre, contact centre or customer‑service environment.
• Strong listening skills and clear telephone communication.

Required skills

• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download) with wired Ethernet.
• Power backup solution capable of handling load‑shedding or outages.
