About the role
The Prestige Cosmetics Group, a subsidiary of CAVI Brands, is seeking a driven Beauty Consultant to represent Shiseido Skincare at Edgars Gateway. You will be responsible for delivering a premium client experience while driving sales and upholding the brand’s luxury image.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve counter sales targets and meet monthly/annual budgets.
- Drive sales during counter events and maintain brand image.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure merchandising standards and maintain counter hygiene.
- Build and maintain client relationships, collect customer data and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with team members, support onboarding and work with the retailer to achieve key outputs.
Required profile
- Matric certificate with previous retail and skincare experience.
- Knowledge of Shiseido products and the luxury cosmetics market.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet sales targets.
- Competencies: decision making, networking, persuasion, planning and organising, delivering results under pressure.
