Beauty Advisor (120 hrs) – Retail Cosmetics

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Beauty Advisor to join our Foschini store in Scottsburgh. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover, new accounts and rewards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage stock and conduct daily stock counts.
• Execute visual merchandising standards.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Support overall store performance.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification desirable.
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• 1–2 years cosmetics experience.
• Take on new opportunities with urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
• Build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
• Develop strong customer relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Make timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
