B2C Sales Consultant – Cape Town

About the role

Latitude Resource is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Consultant to join its established blinds and shuttering business in Cape Town. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, turning leads into sales and representing the brand in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert sales opportunities through both "farming" (nurturing allocated leads) and "hunting" (generating new leads).
• Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and provide expert product knowledge.
• Negotiate pricing and deliver accurate measurements and configuration recommendations.
• Coordinate daily with the Customer Success Manager, Installations Manager and Production Manager to ensure orders are processed and installed efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Participate in company development programmes and keep senior managers informed of sales‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience in the design, lifestyle or building industry.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
