B2B Sales Executive – Hospitality & Hygiene Solutions (Johannesburg)

About the role

The company, an international manufacturer of professional hygiene, cleaning and sanitation solutions, is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join its Hospitality division in Gauteng. The role, titled Hospitality Account Manager, focuses on acquiring new business and expanding relationships with hotels, lodges, restaurants, catering firms, contract cleaners and facilities managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of hospitality customers.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate hygiene, cleaning chemical and equipment solutions.
• Prepare profitable quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build long‑term relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
• Forecast sales, identify market opportunities and maintain accurate sales reporting.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Manage debtor collections within the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of external B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Hunter mentality with strong business development skills.
• Experience selling to hospitality, facilities management or contract cleaning clients is highly advantageous.
• Commercially astute with excellent relationship‑building ability.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence.
