About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy B2B Sales Consultant to generate and convert recruitment leads across South Africa. You will work with our CRM platform to drive outbound prospecting, build relationships, and close new business.

Key responsibilities

Make at least 50 outbound calls daily using the company CRM.
Research and enrich leads to identify the right decision‑makers.
Present and sell our recruitment services to prospective clients.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Accurately log all interactions and update CRM records.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales.
Solid B2B sales background, preferably in recruitment or lead generation.
Resilient mindset – able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Self‑driven, energetic, and eager to succeed.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
