B2B Digital Marketer – Technical & Engineering

About the role

Our client in the clean energy sector is looking for an experienced full‑stack digital marketer to deliver end‑to‑end digital services across multiple business units. You will write, design, build, publish, measure and report on all campaigns while working on‑site and reporting directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Messaging & positioning
• Go‑to‑market presentations
• LinkedIn‑led B2B social media strategy
• Website ownership and end‑to‑end management
• SEO & organic technical and content optimisation
• Paid media and lead generation across LinkedIn, Meta and Google
• CRM & automation using HubSpot or equivalent
• Events, exhibitions and trade shows coordination
• PR, thought‑leadership and media relations
• General business support including proposals, tenders and internal communications

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, technical, energy, engineering or professional services
• Full‑stack mindset – able to write, design, build, publish and measure campaigns independently
• Self‑directed with strong deadline management
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and passport for occasional regional travel

Required skills

• Design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Web platforms: WordPress, Webflow or similar, with HTML & CSS proficiency
• Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn and Meta ad managers, Looker Studio reporting
• CRM & marketing automation: HubSpot or equivalent
• SEO & paid‑media expertise
• Video and motion basics – shooting, editing, captioning and publishing
