About the role
The company is a reputable automotive parts supplier based in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. They are seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Salesman to join their team in Durban and help grow their customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Sell automotive parts to existing and new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection and technical information.
- Process orders accurately using the company’s computer systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive parts sales.
- Sound knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry.
- Completed Matric and currently residing in Roodepoort, Johannesburg.
- Good health, clear criminal record and traceable references.
- Strong communication, customer service and sales abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as a team player.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
