About the role
The Motus VW Bloemfontein Apprenticeship Programme 2026 offers a three‑year, paid learning pathway for recent Grade‑12 graduates interested in the automotive sector. Apprentices will gain hands‑on experience in dealership operations while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational and workshop activities under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops and development programmes.
- Support team projects, follow safety procedures and contribute to business operations.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) with passes in Physical Science and Pure Mathematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
