Automotive Claims Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and results‑driven Automotive Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the administration of Oil VAP claims, handling time‑sensitive adjudication and interacting regularly with policyholders, motor dealers, and various internal and external stakeholders. This position is office‑based in Cape Town with no remote working options.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain policyholder integrity and ensure accurate claims administration.
• Uphold Motor Group and Branch Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, motor dealers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all claims are handled within prescribed turnaround times and service standards.
• Maintain required quality, productivity, and performance standards.
• Contribute positively to a high‑performance team environment.
