Audit Manager – Riyadh

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead complex audit engagements at its Riyadh office. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality audit work, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute audit strategies in collaboration with senior managers and partners.
• Perform complex audit procedures and lead engagement teams.
• Manage staffing, track fees, and communicate financial aspects of engagements.
• Identify and escalate audit risks while ensuring compliance with EY policies.
• Participate in business development initiatives and support firm growth.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in external audit.
• Strong academic record and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA).
• Experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and counseling abilities.
• Experience in the MENA region and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
