About the role
Allmed Healthcare Professionals is looking for qualified Audiologists to join its professional network for locum assignments in Cape Town and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible, short‑term placements where you will provide essential hearing care services to a diverse patient base.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments.
- Identify and manage hearing and related communication disorders.
- Provide clinical recommendations and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
- Deliver patient education and counselling.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and in good standing.
- Strong assessment and clinical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
