About the role

The Attorney will manage and conduct litigation and other legal matters for the firm’s clients, delivering strategic advice and representation across various forums. The role requires a commercially minded professional who can handle cases from initial instruction through to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters, develop legal strategies, and monitor court dates and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case records, identify risks, and escalate urgent issues.
• Achieve the firm’s annual billable‑hour target and record time promptly.
• Draft high‑quality legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and produce opinions or memoranda.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for assigned clients, providing clear advice and updates.

Required profile

• Experienced litigation lawyer with strong commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage cases efficiently and meet billable targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on risk management.
