Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of a high‑performance retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellent customer experiences, and develop a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets, promoting add‑ons and other revenue streams.
• Maintain merchandising and marketing standards across the store.
• Oversee inventory controls, stock management and alignment with customer demand.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, act on mystery shopper feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train, develop and motivate staff, manage performance and plan succession.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, handle cash‑ups, safe checks and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
