About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead a fast‑paced quick‑service restaurant. In this role you will share primary accountability for profitability, customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and strive to exceed set targets.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels with competent, well‑trained team members.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality food and service standards.
- Oversee accurate cash handling and transaction processes.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies in line with company policies.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role.
- Experience managing a quick‑service restaurant is essential.
- A tertiary qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
