Asset Manager – Property Investment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join a leading property investment and asset management organisation. The role is based in Pretoria and focuses on maximising the value of a diverse real‑estate portfolio while supporting long‑term investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance and implement asset optimisation initiatives.
• Develop and execute property‑specific strategic plans.
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis of assets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and prepare management reports.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasting and capital‑expenditure planning.
• Perform property valuations, investment analysis and identify acquisition, disposal and value‑add opportunities.
• Monitor vacancies, arrears, tenant performance and operational risks.
• Collaborate with leasing, property management, facilities management and executive teams to increase income and reduce costs.

Required profile

• BCom degree (essential) or related qualification.
• Proven asset‑management experience within the property or real‑estate sector.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience managing a property portfolio, including valuations and investment modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
