About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisors in Mthatha and surrounding areas. You will help our valued customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers' financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide sound, personalised financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Design and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Track and manage sales data and client feedback.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Education equivalent to NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
