About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. You will work across Umhlanga, Phoenix, Avoca, KwaMashu and surrounding areas, helping customers achieve their long‑term financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify clients’ financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound, personalised financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
- Build lasting relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track sales opportunities and manage client data using company sales software.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
