About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to become Financial Advisers in Hartswater, De Aar, Douglas or Kimberley. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Required profile
- NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12, school leaving certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent).
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude.
Required skills
- Consultative selling and direct selling
- Qualifying prospects and probing questions
- Sales data management and sales software
- Oral communication and building customer relationships
