About the role
The Area Sales Manager will lead the Ladieswear business across the Northern Cape, driving turnover, managing expenses and ensuring high standards of customer service. You will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores, developing staff and safeguarding merchandise.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and control operating expenses.
- Monitor and reduce stock losses.
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate store teams.
- Oversee merchandise management and visual standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and in‑store administration.
- Conduct security and compliance checks.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years retail experience, including at least 3 years in senior store leadership.
- Preferably 3 years experience as an Area Manager.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Relevant business or retail degree is advantageous.
