Area Manager Internship – Amazon Operations (2027)

About the role

Amazon aims to be the most customer‑centric company on earth. The University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join as Operations Interns, working within Amazon Operations and gaining hands‑on experience in our fulfillment, sortation and delivery networks.

Key responsibilities

• Apply analytical skills and roll up sleeves to improve the functionality and service level of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations.
• Dive deep into data, map processes and identify problems.
• Offer, test and implement potential solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Interact with managers, technology development teams and front‑line associates to address complex business challenges.
• Think broadly about solutions for one of the world’s fastest‑growing operations networks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date in Q1 2027, or a recent 2026 graduate (within the last six months).
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Available to complete a full‑time 12‑month internship (40 hours per week).
