About the role
Our client, an established architectural practice in Bellville, is looking for a senior Architectural Technologist to join their Cape Town team. The role involves delivering high‑quality architectural design and documentation across a variety of complex building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation from design development through construction documentation.
- Create detailed Revit models and comprehensive drawing packages.
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary project teams to integrate architectural information.
- Ensure accurate detailing and construction documentation for medium‑ to large‑scale projects.
- Support the successful delivery of complex architectural projects by providing technical expertise.
Required profile
- BTech in Architectural Technology.
- Professional registration with SACAP.
- Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proven experience on projects beyond residential housing, including larger‑scale and complex buildings.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
