Architectural Draughtsman & Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman who can also serve as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will produce high‑quality architectural drawings, manage BIM models, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit drawings.
• Create and maintain detailed BIM models.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, and consultants.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain document control throughout each project.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and consultant submissions.
• Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify design conflicts and propose practical solutions before construction begins.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of architectural drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing construction documentation for residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building regulations.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
