About the role
We are seeking energetic and dynamic matriculants who are eager to start a career in the motors department of the automotive industry. The successful candidate will receive on‑the‑job training through Toyota’s TALA Training Academy, gaining practical experience and new competencies. Upon successful completion, a certificate will be awarded and registered on the National Qualification Framework.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification with Afrikaans, English and Mathematics and/or technical subjects.
- N2 level certification in Motors Mechanics.
- A valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literate (MS Office) and good numerical skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
