Apprentice Plumber – Brackenfell, Cape Town

About the role

Are you a motivated individual looking to build a career in plumbing and gain valuable practical experience? We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Apprentice Plumber to join a fabulous team in Cape Town. Teams arrive at work by 8:30 am, work starts at 9 am and finishes at 6 pm unless overtime is required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist qualified plumbers with daily plumbing work
• Learn and develop practical plumbing skills
• Assist with installations, repairs and maintenance
• Use plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
• Assist with identifying and resolving plumbing issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Complete assigned tasks and training requirements

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12
• Plumbing qualification or relevant plumbing studies advantageous
• Previous plumbing experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong willingness to learn and develop
• Good practical and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence advantageous
