About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. In this full‑time position you will generate and qualify leads, then book high‑quality appointments with prospective clients, helping to drive our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls, send emails and messages to prospective clients.
Qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure they are confirmed.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to maximise attendance.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.

Required profile

Previous experience in sales, call centre or appointment setting (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confident phone presence with the ability to engage prospects.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
Target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

Familiarity with CRM systems.
