Appointment Setter – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join a leading UK property management agency. Based in South Africa, you will work closely with our lead negotiators to turn high‑intent enquiries into scheduled viewings, helping maintain peak occupancy across our luxury shared accommodation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound enquiries from platforms such as Rightmove, Nestflo, SpareRoom and Facebook.
• Make at least 40 outbound calls daily to source new leads and follow up with applicants.
• Book a minimum of 12 property viewings each day for UK‑based negotiators.
• Handle objections effectively to ensure only qualified applicants progress.
• Provide post‑viewing follow‑ups to keep momentum and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records and communications within the Asana CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or lettings.
• Proven ability in cold calling, lead qualification and objection handling.

Required skills

• Experience using Asana or similar CRM tools.
