Appointment Setter - Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound real‑estate investors and developers. You will qualify borrowers, gather project details and schedule appointments with our founding lending team as the company scales nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with real‑estate investors and developers.
• Qualify leads by property type, loan purpose, deal size and timeline.
• Manage leads throughout the pipeline using Close CRM.
• Set appointments or warm‑transfer live calls to the lending team.
• Follow up on open deals to maintain momentum.
• Check in twice daily with a morning plan and an end‑of‑day recap.

Required profile

• Excellent English with a clear, professional accent (regional accents accepted).
• Female voice preferred due to client demographics.
• Previous experience in outbound/inbound sales, appointment setting or SDR roles.
• Familiarity with real‑estate terminology such as LTV, fix & flip, SFR, bridge loans, term sheets.
• Professional home office with high‑speed internet, low latency and no background noise.
• Commission‑driven mindset.

What we offer

• Base salary around $2,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
• Commission $250–$500+ per funded deal (100% to you).
• On‑target earnings $2,500–$3,500+ per month.
• Full‑time schedule, 40 hrs/week, US Eastern Time.
