Appointment Setter – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing financial services firm that helps individuals plan for retirement. You will work with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors, ensuring a high show‑up rate and a smooth client onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors in retirement‑related conversations, qualify prospects, and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm scheduled meetings and track attendance.
• Update lead and appointment status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to minimize no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Represent the brand professionally, answer basic questions, and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or other call‑based roles.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive retirement topics.
• Resilient, goal‑driven, and performance‑oriented.
• Organized with consistent follow‑up habits.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
