Application Engineer - Mechanical

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Olifantsfontein, Gauteng. As an Application Engineer you will combine technical expertise with customer‑focused engagement, supporting the design, specification and installation of heavy industrial fans and ancillary equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to improve customer experiences and uncover new business opportunities.
• Visit client sites to gather technical details, define project scopes and ensure accurate requirements.
• Prepare compelling proposals and detailed specifications that align with client needs.
• Lead projects from concept through delivery, guaranteeing timely installation and performance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; a strong willingness to learn and tackle new challenges is essential.
