Amazon E‑Commerce Operations Assistant – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a detail‑oriented Amazon E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to manage our presence on Amazon Seller Central. Working fully remotely, you will ensure product listings are optimized, inventory is balanced, and performance metrics are tracked to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content.
• Monitor KPIs such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates; produce weekly performance reports.
• Manage FBA and FBM inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
• Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution and account health maintenance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover new product opportunities.
• Oversee customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and listing‑optimization best practices.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage complex data.
• Excellent written communication for crafting listing copy and support correspondence.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
