AI Workflow Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Workflow Specialist to design, optimize, and implement AI‑driven workflows on Micro1’s platform. This remote contract position will involve close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to embed AI models into business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI‑powered workflows that automate core business tasks.
• Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into automated pipelines.
• Monitor workflow health in real time and resolve any issues that arise.
• Document workflow architecture, configurations, and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI model deployment and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or SQL.
• Familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
