AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and productivity tools across our Professional Services organization. You will work closely with consultants, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, and implement AI‑powered solutions that improve project delivery worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered solutions, including Copilot agents, workflows, and automation using Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze delivery processes to identify automation opportunities and improve documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and reporting.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, experiment with large language models, retrieval‑based solutions, and AI‑assisted development practices.
• Create and maintain AI solution documentation, best‑practice guides, and internal knowledge repositories.
• Educate consultants and project teams through demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions, helping them identify and implement AI use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software development, consulting, automation, or technical delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
