AI Search Strategist

About the role

Communicate IT is looking for an AI Search Strategist to help clients across Digital, Technology, SaaS, eCommerce and Marketing sectors improve their visibility on emerging AI‑driven search platforms. You will shape strategies that move organisations from traditional SEO to AI‑powered discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI and generative search optimisation strategies for client brands.
• Optimise website and content for large language models, answer engines and AI‑powered search experiences.
• Analyse search behaviour, trends and new AI discovery platforms to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct content audits, implement structured data, entity optimisation and content frameworks.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, product and digital marketing teams to align tactics.
• Monitor AI search performance, measure discoverability metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Stay ahead of developments in generative AI, search technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology or related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, digital or search marketing.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth and content visibility.
