AI Native Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are building a small innovation pod that turns high‑value ideas into production‑ready capabilities quickly. As the AI Native Frontend Engineer you will own the entire frontend surface, turning intent into polished, trustworthy interfaces from day one. The role offers real autonomy within a high‑trust, small team working at the frontier of AI‑native development.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly build and iterate on user interfaces that expose backend capabilities.
• Produce production‑credible demos that are polished enough to build trust and honest enough to be realistic.
• Maintain a shared design system and reusable UI primitives for the pod.
• Implement interaction quality features such as loading states, error handling, and feedback loops.
• Integrate directly with APIs built by the backend lead.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, v0) as a core part of the workflow.
• Contribute to decisions about when a demo is ready for stakeholder exposure.

Required profile

• Senior‑level frontend engineering judgment with the ability to own a full UI surface independently.
• Proven experience delivering polished, production‑ready UIs quickly using a modern component framework, preferably React.
• Comfortable working from intent rather than detailed specifications and knowing when polish matters.
• Active use of AI‑assisted development tooling.
