Agile Project Manager (FinTech)

About the role

Lead complex FinTech projects at the cutting edge of financial innovation. You will manage cross‑functional teams, communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead end‑to‑end delivery of financial technology projects, aligning outcomes with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA teams and stakeholders to define scope, manage risks and keep projects on track.
• Utilise Agile, Scrum or other methodologies to drive efficiency, while overseeing KPIs, compliance and stakeholder reporting.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field with 5+ years of project management experience, at least 2 years in FinTech.
• Solid technical background in IT or software development and strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with financial technologies such as payment systems or banking applications.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) and experience working with Managed Service Providers are highly desirable.
