About the role
Sanlam Group Technology is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to empower data product squads within the Group Data Tribe. The role focuses on creating and continuously improving team rhythms, ceremonies and communication to maximise delivery efficiency and high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, facilitate and optimise squad meetings, ceremonies and agile rituals to ensure minimal waste and maximum flow for engineers.
- Partner with the Product Manager to align missions, OKRs, epics and daily tasks, eliminating duplication and delays.
- Identify and remove persistent blockers, maintaining momentum across sprints.
- Coach the squad on agile best‑practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid) and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Matric and a relevant IT qualification (degree or diploma) – preferably with Scrum Master certification.
- 3+ years experience in a similar agile delivery role, with at least 1 year in a technology‑focused team.
- Demonstrated track record of high impact and commitment to personal development.
