About the role

The Advisory Consultant – OT Architect bridges business, engineering and IT to translate operational and asset‑intensive requirements into integrated digital and OT solutions. Based in Centurion, the role supports enterprise transformation, asset optimisation and digitisation initiatives across industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operational and engineering requirements into coherent digital and OT architectures.
• Design, govern and maintain IT/OT convergence architectures.
• Provide architectural governance for complex, asset‑intensive environments.
• Partner with business, engineering and IT stakeholders to align strategies and solutions.
• Lead solution design across the asset lifecycle, maintenance and operational systems.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Operational Technology, systems integration and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in mining, engineering or other asset‑intensive industries.
• Knowledge of operating models, asset management and process control systems.
• Proven program and project leadership capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification and a science or engineering tertiary degree.
• Relevant architecture and programme leadership training.
