About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced admitted attorney to join our legal team in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on property law matters, community schemes, and levy collection processes, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle community schemes and sectional title matters.
- Manage levy collection processes and related litigation.
- Provide legal advice on property law issues.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Attend court hearings and liaise with clients.
Required profile
- Admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
- Minimum of 2 years post‑admission experience.
- Experience in community schemes, levy collections, and property law.
- Strong drafting, litigation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
