Admitted Attorney – Property & Community Schemes

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced admitted attorney to join our legal team in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on property law matters, community schemes, and levy collection processes, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle community schemes and sectional title matters.
• Manage levy collection processes and related litigation.
• Provide legal advice on property law issues.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and liaise with clients.

Required profile

• Admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑admission experience.
• Experience in community schemes, levy collections, and property law.
• Strong drafting, litigation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
