Admitted Attorney – Labour, Civil, Family & Commercial Law

About the role

Our client, a well‑established legal practice in Centurion, is seeking an experienced Admitted Attorney to join their team on a permanent basis. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio across Labour Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Commercial Law while representing clients in the High Court and other tribunals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of matters in Labour, Civil, Family and Commercial law.
• Represent clients in the High Court, tribunals, mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations.
• Draft, review and prepare pleadings, contracts, opinions, notices and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
• Maintain case files, ensure compliance with court rules and meet all deadlines.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through professional service.

Required profile

• Admitted Attorney with the Right of Appearance in the High Court.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑admission experience.
• Proven experience in Labour Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Commercial Law.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with legal practice management systems.
• Caselines and Court Online proficiency.
